Manager Communication:
Can we be very clear with staff and management about age policy?  I have seen many strollers, and am still unclear about what we are doing about that policy.

Circuit blew downstairs, overnight, had to waste what was in the machines, did in Avero --bz

Reorganized walkin, we have to be on first cuts more about reorganizing, also had to point out use first in lowboy in bar prep area -- bz

Coke came and fixed the problem, came late, but Joe is amazing when he gets to work, still no tonic cause he doesn't do that.    -- bz

I had Grace buy more tonic

Customer Comments: overheard people complaining about size and price of popcorn for families, no biggie -- bz

BAR Staff Observations: Ash thought we had to prep things we did not have to.  we have to get the leads up on reorganizing and knowing to look.  We need to be diligent for a while longer about every little thing -- bz

Helped Ruby condense and reorganize walkin and storage area.  She rocked it. -- bz

We have to be on top of the bartenders about down time.  I saw plenty of standing around while there was equipment to wash and put back.  Just keep an eye.

FOH Staff Observations: one brown rack came back with glassware instead of having plastic.  I corrected it.

backbar upstairs cabinets far left while looking at, slides to the right when closed.  middle door on the right side needs maintenance as well, came off the tracks.

coke fixed the gun.  still no tonic.  Grace bought more bottles.

We should purchase mini flashlights.
