Manager Communication: Pretty busy day at both bars up until the late round where sales tapered off. Trees lounge was pretty busy throughout the day as well. Too soon to tell if it's the projector causing people to stick around or the rain, but I'd like to think it was the former. EA BAR Staff Observations: Solid opens by Andrea and Natasha again today. By the time I got there, both the mids were in trees handling all the front facing guests and assisting Natasha with drink tickets. She took charge behind the bar and kept everyone on task. After Tevon came in to close, I was able to move Tashi back down to lobby and eventually get Andrea and Natasha out after both bars were restocked and staff had a chance to get family meal. Eliel stayed behind today a bit to catch us up on some batching with Tevon who happened to come by early (thanks so much for that!).  As the final round in the lobby was going to be pretty slow, I was able to get Tashi out of here a bit earlier while Dariu...

Manager Communication : Busy busy busy on all three floors throughout the day.  The weather definitely drove day-of ticket sales up, and we were nonstop on all three floors. JH Same thing for evening and late rounds. It was a steady stream all night with a good number of people in Trees through last call. EA Customer Comments : I have noticed several guests in the last few weeks who get incredibly upset when they are told they cannot bring strollers into the theater with them.  Could we get some signage in lobby marking the landing as stroller/scooter parking more clearly, as well as a note that guests are welcome to ask staff for assistance getting up the stairs, should they need it?  I think this would go a long way in keeping those guests from arguing with bartenders about the policy, as I've seen it sour a few people who are first time guests before they even get to the theater. Manager Communication: Steady night tonight. Good bar business, but never too busy.  I Spoke to Matthew and Darius today about the lead bartender job, and let them know that we went with candidates with a little more experience this time, but encouraged them to apply again next time. They were very understanding and appreciative of the consideration.  ND I Trained Natasha on comps voids and ecredits tonight, she should be good to go as a lead. ND Staff Meeting Agenda notes : The last bar mat arrived for Trees, to fill in the gap.  There are now four full-size mats behind the bar, and we moved the small mat to in front of the sink by the Trees glasswasher. JH Prep List: bitters Ordering/Receiving/Shipping : Sani-strips, one of the Nu-Foamicides, remote caddies, and water filters arrived from Amazon, as well as glasses from Webstaurant. JH The Tobacco bitters for the coffee & cigarettes has still not arrived. I will bring a substitute on Tuesday to finish off that keg. ...

Manager Communication: Pretty good evening. Never got too busy but Highlander gave us a little bump at Trees.  BAR Staff Observations: Tevon and Tashi opened, Matthew closed lobby and Ian Trees. Good jobs all around.  Special Events? Highlander the Quickening was fun.  Thanks Great Neck! Lost & Found?: A phone was found in the bathroom and was safely returned a couple of hours later.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Waiting on Jarritos

Manager Communication : Another mellow start to the day. Trees saw a pop right before the event in TH1, but otherwise a quiet afternoon.  I forgot if I mentioned it yesterday, but the remotes for the projector are on the back bar shelf by the liquor license.  Input 2 is the source for the projector. EA Pretty busy dinner round and a pop after the Q&A ended but not as much as before and ended around 10:30pm. EL BAR Staff Observations: Openers Tashi and Ashley left shortly after the Doc N Roll let out. Ashley got some batching done. Matthew and Darius closed, everyone did a great job.  Items on Count: High Life is on a count (57) Special Events?: Doc N Roll brought most of the Trees business today.  Pay Outs: $100 DJ Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Placed an amazon order for Sani Test Strips for both the kitchen and Trees. They should be in on Friday.

Manager Communication: Quiet start to the day. Dinner round was busier with the sold out TH1 leading the bulk of service tickets to Trees. The bar itself was busy before and directly after with guests staying through midnight after the event was over. The first floor was mostly quiet for the day. EA BAR Staff Observations: Eliel and Maya opened the bars today and were able to get a lot of organizing and cleaning done. Maya organized the corner dri deck @ Trees and got rid of garnishes and ingredients that were from last season. She also organized the dry storage above the service bar and stayed through TH1 letting out from the event. Eliel was cut after he was able to support the initial TH1 rush and gave everyone a break. Miguel took over the lobby after he came in and was able to run service tickets and box office with no trouble. Manager Communication: Slow start to the day with a big push at Trees in the evening for Volo and No Budge. Had a good overlap for a brief second until the No Budge crowd went into the theater. They stayed at Trees until midnight after the film let out.  BAR Staff Observations: Ashley and Eliel were well into their opens by the time I got in with Eliel prepping fresh juice for the bars and Ashley setting up Trees for the night. After some batching Eliel was cut for the night and Ashley stayed through No Budge getting out and getting an initial drink in everyone's hands. Tevon held it down at Trees for the rest of the night with some brief support from myself. Jenna ran the lobby bar and closed without incident. EA Special Events?
