Manager Communication: A slow day of service. The fire alarm went off around 5:50 pm towards the end of the first round. All theaters shut down, we had to manually get the projectors back online, issued passes to all guests that then went and finished their movies. Customer Comments: Guests that had their films interrupted were mostly just concerned with whether they could finish them, they were otherwise fine and no one made a scene or seemed upset.
