Manager Communication: Coca Cola will be out in the morning to fix the guns at Lobby Bar. Ran soda in bottles to Lobby bar from HiRes tonight and that mitigated the issue. Busy 4s and 7s today, very slow late night. Got a great bar crowd prior to the 7s and even a bit after, then really dropped off. Cut to closers after the 7s got through pre-shows. Had lots of late night time for cleaning project; detailed lowboys and bar tops and removed excess product from the low boys. Also consolidated Store n' Pours and Cambros in walk ins.

Customer Comments:

BAR Staff Observations: Adriana was spoken to about batching carefully and intelligently, with low cost ingredients first. Jenn made a few initial Barry Lyndons incorrectly but recognized her mistake with management. Jay did a great job consolidating the walk in and organizing/updating the par sheets. Ryan led both bars in cleaning and consolidating their low boys, and not cramming unecessary back up in. The service bar speed and efficiency for the 7s, specifically at HiRes tonight, was the absolute best I have seen. Seamless teamwork from everyone. Really impressed. No need for any managerial expo.

Prep List: Prepped Peppercorn Perry Tot, a back up silent era, a Firewalk and dem syrup as well. Peanut Whiskey was ready, filtered it today. Unfortunately had to spill 4 bottles of Milagro today due to Adriana putting Prickly Pear puree in a Firewalk Batch. Spoke to her about not only reading carefully but also prepping with l,ow cost ingredients first for this exact reason.

Pay Outs: $300 was wrung in as a pay out for FOH under HiRes B. Drop for the EON is intentionally $300 short but on.

Maintenance: Bar top has fully split behind HiRes and exposed the inside of the wood, which is unfinished and collecting moisture. Also, removed the doors from the storage above the back bar as it was coming off of the track.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
