Manager Communication:
Pretty bustling for the first two rounds, even with the arctic chill outside. A fair amount of just-before-doors ticket sales for the opening round Zootopia 2 in Th2, so just something to keep an eye on.
I spoke with all bartenders today about the plan for evening service, and left them an outline of what the rest of the evening would look like. I highlighted when to anticipate service rushes, glasswashing during flips, potentially good times for big restocks, and suggested times for cuts, routing, and last call in-theater and at Trees Lounge. I deputized Tevon + Gabrielle to use their best discretion, with the help of management, in determining what calls to make with regards to cuts and last call.
Based on the weather (and the greatly-appreciated early last round credits), it will most likely be an 11:30pm last call at Trees Lounge, unless the icy winds blow in some late night crowds.

BAR Staff Observations:
Matthew not only opened Trees and prepped for a sold out ST&B, but he unpacked all of his glassware and cut all his own fruit before the first round had concluded. Just a shoutout to one of the Trees Lounge opener greats.
Greg held down Lobby mostly solo, with Tevon floating down to assist during some busy second round screenings. Once all closers were in, we reviewed the plan for the evening, and myself, Greg, abd Matthew got out of here once everyone had a chance to grab family meal.

ST&B was sold out, and the parents came ready to sip on some of our new ST&B drink offerings. Feedback from Matthew is that the set up for the new cocktails is very streamlined and easy to crank out during service.

Prep List:
Batched up some ST&B cocktails (Espresso Martini + Cuckoo Bananas), but did not have a chance to get too much else. Both bars had just done hefty restocks before I left, and the walk in was still looking good.
86ed / counts on items:
I asked Gabrielle to text me a photo of what the walk in looked like after both bars did their final restock this evening. I also asked her to text me if the bar needed to 86 anything. I will send an email this evening when I get the info so that openers are set up for the morning.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Harney & Sons arrived.

Maintenance:
Trees ice machine still going through the motions of starting and stopping. It would run for a cycle or two after every reset, but then would halt service as it kept trying to retry 'harvesting.' I believe it may be a temperature issue since, when it does produce ice, it has been putting out sheets of ice instead of broken up cubes. You can see the individual cubes, but they are one solid sheet.
