Manager Communication: Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL
Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH
Customer Comments: A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL
BAR Staff Observations: Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy. Ryan was early! I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming. Ryan held down lobby. I had to help with ticketing a couple of times but he was solid. Gabrielle was a great mid. EL
Once the initial dinner round push of Spider-Man was seated, I was able to have Jenna help Tevon at Lobby to get through the heavier part of Theater 3/5/7’s dinner round, and was able to cut Ryan. Gabrielle stayed through until just after the last round started, and was a massive help with regards to helping run service and restocks.
Tevon rocked Lobby mostly solo this evening, and was great. Both Jenna and Jo handled the last round really well, and Jenna was much more confident with drink updates this evening. All closers did a fantastic job navigating the issues caused by the glasswasher in Trres during closing. JH
Sick Leave/ Call outs: Isi didn't get back to NY from NC. EL
86ed / counts on items: We are 86’d Root Beer, French 75, and Paloma. But both draught kegs are charging overnight and should be ready for service tomorrow. JH

Prep List: I made Arbol Tequila, Simple, Demarara syrup, lemonades, firewalk and Pete's Pint of Sugarcane. EL
Back up kegs of French 75 and Paloma can be batched tomorrow. Old Fashioned and Brooklyn are both in store and pours for the time being, as we figure out some draught line issues. JH
Maintenance: Switched the Hudson Cider keg and it poured just fine from the draught line. So yesterday’s Hudson draught line issue may have been due to the keg.
I managed to find the glasswasher plug that has been missing from the glasswasher at Trees during the last round tonight. Unfortunately, I was unable to reattach it, and left it in a labeled rocks glass by the red wines at Trees. Hopefully it can be reattached before service tomorrow.
Around the same time I found the plug, the cork we had been using for the last two days finally gave out, and rendered the machine unusable for the rest of service. We discovered this after the machine poured a ponds-worth of water on the floor. All glasses were brought down to kitchen for the rest of the evening.
I was able to get the majority of the water down the drains at Trees, but found that the blue machine that is used to blast air would not turn on, so I had to leave the floor to air dry overnight. JH
