Manager Communication: I am pretty sick of sharing illnesses within the lovely NPP family. I made alcohol spray bottles for Trees and Lobby POS, I also put one in the office for computers and walkies as there are endless things that customers touch and we touch. -LB

No Budge was a breeze thanks to Carly, Dion and Desmond. Service ran super smooth, and we had Olympics coverage on at Trees. When the screening let out there was a really good pop at Trees that remained until around 11:30. 
 
As the Trees elevator is OOO, I asked all servers to bring all of their glassware from the upstairs theaters to Trees at the end of the night so tomorrow's openers wouldn't have to worry about carting a massive stack up to Trees sans elevator. - IP

Customer Comments: 
One of the guests here from out of town to see No Budge was quite enamored with our theater. Said he'd never seen anything like it and the way we do things is amazing. Great job, everyone! - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Three-bartender Monday was great. Lydia had a nice and easy night capped off with a busy special screening in 3. No Budge had a very good bar crowd after their screening - Lydia closed down lobby while Tevon and I handled the crowd at Trees. 

Special Events? 
No Budge. 

Big crowd - lots of meandering and chilling with not a lot of ordering. Tevon and Greg handled the rush and then got Greg out around 9p.
The screening must've made them thirsty, because after they got out, they swarmed the bar. Tevon and I handled it easily, with the theaters fortunately not demanding a lot of attention. - IP

Maintenance: Trees elevator was not closing its doors and was beeping. Juan reset it, which did not work and he is calling the company. Mobility is coming tomorrow. -LB

Greg flagged for me that the ice machine at Trees was totally empty after he filled his wells. I put a troubleshooting guide in the SOP for the ice machine. I pulled out the filters on the ice machine (3 of the 4 we can get to with the coffee maker in the way) and rinsed them in the dish pit. When they get caked with dust the machine cannot pull in clean air. The fan behind the machine was also off. I turned it back on. Will report back. About an hour after this it dropped ice. Then turned off again, so I did a manual harvest reboot. It is in a freezing cycle now. It stopped. Keep an eye on this machine. -LB

Yeah, not working at all. Shut itself off after about ten minutes of trying the freeze cycle. I'm gonna keep trying to futz with it, but the lobby machine is gonna have to continue double duty until we can get someone to look at the Trees machine. - IP

Kept trying to get it to work throughout the night but to no avail. I will reset it one last final time before I leave and maybe with the building empty, it will be brave enough to chunk out some ice. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
