Manager Communication:
My friend dropped off two smaller Vitamix containers (he replaced his with steel), I will check to see that we can use them with our power units tomorrow. If they do I might see if Esther can live with one base unit and a few full size tops.-LB
I reorganized the liquor island and shifted it over to the right to provide clearance for the ladder to access the ceiling hatch. I tested it out and there is ample room for the ladder. I also reconfigured the island to make more sense, and am happy to report that WE HAVE SO MUCH ROOM FOR ACTIVITIES (and all the liquor is organized by type and neatly stacked). - IP
Customer Comments:
We had a large group of friends from Freddy's bar come in and hang and see a movie - there was some confusion regarding several of their drinks that were not marked to be a buyback, so I manager comped those remaining items and left a note on the check (ticket #K8 - labeled "Buyback for Freddy's Folx") - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Good vibes rocking out some busy brunch seatings. Had Greg float upstairs to work with Natasha since she doesn't feel 100% and isn't bartending at the speed of two people.-LB
Smooth afternoon. Bar team held there own while I got some batching done. Natasha stuck around to make sure everyone had a chance to eat family meal. Hope she feels better for Tuesday trivia. Busy pushes all around. Nice to have even distribution throughout the building. -LB
Jeshua and Patrick were wonderful in Trees, and Charlie held it down in the lobby. Hung onto Nia until about 6:30, then she got out of here. The bar stayed busy until around 8p when it quieted down, but the theater rushes were still rockin'. All in all, a busy night handled with aplomb. - IP
FOH Staff Observations:
Jay is really great. Incredible attention to detail (sometimes to a fault, haha) but he has really loosened up amongst the staff and it's been nice to see. - IP
Conner was a standout tonight, as he went above and beyond to help Lobby bar getting glasses from the kitchen. Great team player. - IP

Filmbot Issues:
The filmbot card reader and printer were being finnicky again today, so I showed the new bartenders how to trouble shoot when that happens. After we addressed the issue everything got back on track. - IP
