Manager Communication: 
OBAA dominates and The Smashing Machine hibernates. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Pretty mellow day behind both bars with several pops at the service passes, but nothing out of the ordinary.  Really strong team and great communication between bars. JH

Special Events? 
Runners came through.  They were sweaty and thirsty, and were all closed out by 9:30pm. JH

High Noon is on a count (11). JH

Prep List:
Mr & Mrs. Tom Collins keg is prepped and charged in the walk-in.  I forgot that we are keeping Simple in the liquor room, so now we have a lot of Simple.  I left a note on the newer batch to tell bartenders to FIFO. JH

Maintenance: 
Trees triple-tumbler frozen machine continues its icy tantrum.  New parts are imminent. JH

We hooked up a new box of Root Beer at Lobby during service, but the syrup would not travel through the line to the gun.  If you press Root Beer, only Club Soda comes out.  We tried a different box, which presented the same issue, and no other lines are affected.  I have never had this issue come up before, so testing out the other lines and a different soda box was all the troubleshooting I was able to do tonight. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
