Manager Communication:
Bar managers had a little meeting - discussed upcoming menu change and R&D. Dion called out tonight and Lauren went home a little early because she wasn't feeling well, but Jame and I were able to handle a smooth evening, complete with Trivia! - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Franny seems to be gelling with the bar team like candy.-LB

Trivia team crushed with a lovely assist by Fran. Having the extra hands was nice - it also allowed Fran a little practice with the Trees Special Cocktails. Lobby was chill tonight. Greg rules. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Dwight is the real MVP. - IP

Hiring/Training:
Fran came in to help out with Trivia tonight. He did great! He held down the pass by himself a couple of times and also got to make some of the specialty cocktails. He said he feels good about working both bars and is looking forward to developing the muscle memory. - IP

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Dion called out, Lauren scooted out a little early because she wasn't feeling well. Feel better! - IP

Special Events?
Trivia - was busy-ish. Not as crazy as it has been, but still a good crowd, as per usual. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Plastic cups are a smashing success thus far! 
Wanna chat about putting counts on specials and nail down a standardized SOP.
Also let's verbally (and maybe in the next email I guess) ensure that the bar staff knows about when the tasting for new menu submissions is so no one can claim they didn't know and missed out on an opportunity to contribute. - IP

Prep List:
Need to make backup cheaters tomorrow. Anything else I will figure out and get to when I get in tomorrow morning. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US foods coming tomorrow & Friday. -LB
Baldor coming tomorrow-LB

Maintenance:
The hose nozzle in the dishpit at Trees lounge is really loose and does not properly pressurize the stream of water (and also sprays everywhere) - could we either get that replaced or fixed? It'll help with cleaning gunk off of glassware (and REALLY help me when I have to clean the frozen machines). - IP

Mobilebytes Issues:
Let's make sure to double check that whatever we're offering as the trivia special has an applicable button for the evening when we are setting up. - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
