Manager Communication: 
Very hot day and an early weekday open, with the third floor selling really well in the first round and Th3 Lilo & Stitch kicking off the busy kid screenings.  The Phoenician Scheme did pretty well during the dinner round. All of the other movies that do not include extended martial arts sequences continue to sell well in the first two rounds. JH

Customer Comments: I got a call to the lobby around 6:45. Guest wanted to see Phoenician Scheme, but was late, Jeshua wouldn't let him in as per our rules. He called Jeshua a profanity. He then kept repeating it and called me a profanity. I told him he wasn't getting in and to leave. That is all. GS

There was a lady in theater 7 who came in late and apparently really drunk. Connor told me this. However, from what I heard she was just a drunk lady, so I let it ride. Then I was walking back to bar prep and this guy was lost. He was quite, but a bit over the top pissed about not being able to find the theater. I directed him to theater 7. He didn't sit down and was hunched over and talking to his date, said drunk lady. I told them they coudn't talk in the movie. They left. He got kinda nasty with her. I was concerned, but they wandered down 14th. 

BAR Staff Observations: Pretty standard day

FOH Staff Observations: It would be pretty cool if they would separate the water glasses from the plastic pints. Feels a bit lazy that they aren't.

Trees Lounge bank was $21 over when I counted banks this morning (1x $10, 2x $5, 1x $1).  Once James counted the cash box and checked last night's drop, he realized that the extra cash in the Trees Lounge bank was missing from last night's drop. JH

One of the iPads in Th1 was not rerouted from Mezz after Trivia this past Tuesday, so initial Th1 drink tickets were not printing at Trees.  JH

Tevon was clocked in as Bar Prep for both of his shifts on Friday, so his hours were entered into the Tip Pool incorrectly.  I updated the Friday Tip Pool sheet, and then Wyatt re-uploaded it.  Tevon also mentioned to me today that he has been unable to clock into a Bartender shift all week without manager approval.  He may still be assigned as a Lead Bartender instead of Bartender on 7Shifts. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
