Manager Communication: I could not locate either measuring spoons set so I ordered two more for bar prep. Very strange.-LB

I put in an order for some wire mesh and magnetic tape, I am going to fashion some drain covers that will magnetically stick to the top of the drain preventing limes, bottle caps from going in drain. I also ordered a bunch of green goblin, I spoke with Rebecca about adding this routine maintenance for bar. I can coordinate to do theater drains as well.-LB

**With it getting so hot and humid, the frozen machines are having to work overtime to get frozen by the time doors open. If possible, whomever is first MOD in the building, please turn the frozen machines to SLUSH first thing - that should give them enough time to freeze up for service. If you don't know how to change the settings, just ask a friendly Bar MOD. Thanks!!** - IP

Later rounds got very busy and Game 7 of the Finals kept Trees buzzing for the majority of the evening. Lauren had us well prepared for the evening, and everyone did a great job on the floor tonight. - IP

Customer Comments: We had a really nice couple who own two theaters in Columbus, Ohio stop by. I chatted with them for a bit and they looked around. They are going to email me about the ICA and they might come back for a Film Feast. -LB

BAR Staff Observations: Cut Greg early since it has been slow and it is his birthday.-LB

Natasha owned the busy downstairs business today. Fran floated around to support as needed.-LB

Jeshua and Jericho are a two man wrecking crew at Trees together (in the best way, not a things get broken way) - at one point there was a little crunch around 7p when both floors were working through some very busy rushes and I asked if they wanted me to swing Fran up to help out, and they said "Nope, we got this" and they very much did got this. It was impressive. James can attest. Darius and Fran did a great job directing traffic and making sure people stayed hydrated, and crushed a really busy dinner round. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:

Madison did a great job supporting the big theaters tonight. - IP

Special Events? Raekwon is so invaluable for these events. Smooth as can be. Really nice people.  We are gonna try to find more magic candles. -LB

At one point tonight Kitchen asked if we could put a count on the braised chicken add-on, and I was unable to figure out how to do that - as far as I could tell the only option when holding down the button is to note the add-on item as "out of stock". We made it work tonight, but in the future it would be good to know how to make that happen. Thanks! - IP

Prep List: 

Cranked out 2 Lemonades and 2 FWWM, zombie, tea and a batched size amount of date orgeat. Keep an eye on making more Don's mix as we don't have enough for a full batch of zombie.-LB Bloody mix.

Backed up the lemonade and iced tea - Zombie is still stocked up behind the bars and there's backup in the walk-in. I didn't get to make any more Don's mix - but there is definitely enough of a buffer to afford plenty of time to make it tomorrow. - IP

Maintenance: 

Matthew knows, but there is a beeping in Lobby bar. To make it stop, you can hold the up and down button for the bar gate at the same time for 30 sec. Do it a few times and it will work.-LB

The air curtain above the entry way is making a concerning squeaking noise - sounds like maybe just needs some WD40 or something, but if Juan or someone would like to check it out, that would be great - I put it in the maintenance doc. - IP
