Manager Communication:
Root Beer was connected to the wrong line. I connected it and we good now for RB in Tree's. - AB2
So it seems that the guava didn't come again, so assuming the Ohana cocktail is coming off Thursday we should be fine, but it may need to be 86ed. I emailed Baldor.-LB
I broke out 3 boxes of 16 oz cups at lobby bar. Patrick is going to set up a little stash for them. I took back a couple of boxes of pints. -LB
I am having trouble hearing walkie calls when I am helping at Trees, if we can order a few in-ear earpieces.-LB
The ice machine at Trees got so full around 9pm we got a H code, basically bin full can't make more. I turned it off for a bit. I will turn it back on at night's end and aim the fan towards it. -LB

A man got faint from all the blood, I am guessing Santa Sangue. He was laying on the couch at lobby bar, then he was laying on the floor in the lobby, unsure if he fainted again. He was being helped into a cab by a friend. Timothy seemed to be helping in the moment, got him water, encouraged him to get off the floor below the stairs.  -LB



BAR Staff Observations: Natasha asked me for a spackle knife so she could do the Monday side work hardcore.  Patrick helped rinse all the new cups and held down lobby like a star. We got a nice push after the private screening at Trees. Greg rocked swinging between service and bar when I wasn't needed to be back there. -LB

FOH Staff Observations: Timothy had his walkie full blast in the lobby after he dropped it down the stairs and the ear piece broke. I told him he could get another one in the office. -LB


Special Events? Private Screening at Theater 4 had a nice pop beforehand.-LB

Guava was missing from the Baldor order. - AB2
Heard back from Baldor, apparently they were waiting on guava for our order, they are resending tomorrow.-LB

Maintenance: I don't know where the bar measuring tape is and the MOD measuring tape is also missing. I was going to measure for a fan to mount above the ice machine at Trees.  I was thinking something like this would be ideal to pull air from outside of the cubby.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
