Manager Communication:
I was able to fully clean all the Frozen Machines in Tree's but did not get to the ones in Lobby. - AB2
I locked the automatic doors to the lobby at midnight since there is no security, so I don't have to worry about new people coming in when I am moving around the building.-LB



Customer Comments: The loveliest two folks came in tonight asking if there was any info on the old Sanders Theater. I chatted with them for a while, I brought them up to show them the old photo, I will try to mount it tomorrow with Juan! He made Gods of Times Square. Super lovely. 


BAR Staff Observations:
Twas a nice and easy opening with Greg and Lydia. They had everything setup nicely for opening. - AB2 
Greg got the early cut a little after 7. Lydia has been powering through Trees ebbs and flows with Jericho. Cut around 10pm.  


Hiring/Training: Shae is awesome as a floor manager. Really helpful human!-LB

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Timothy called out.

Prep List:
I made Sugared Guava and finished the batch of Ohana that needed the Guava. I put the Ohana on a 64 count. Each bar currently has 5 quarts. There is enough Sugared Guava for one more batch.

- Old Fashioned - AB2
Need to make a Negroni keg tomorrow.-LB



Over/Short on Banks:
Filmbot had a $1 bundle that was over $2 ($27). I added to over/under. - AB2



Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
We received our Baldor Order sans Lemons. Lauren's on it.
We got our US Foods order Lime Juice. - AB2
Baldor will come tomorrow hopefully with lemons.-LB
Maintenance:
Lauren caught the ice machine giving code 2. It is 6:18 so she will update if any further happens. - AB2
It was giving this code later and has not made ice yet. I turned it off again for about an hour. -LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
