Monday 06.23.25 Jenn/Lauren



Manager Communication: I will be gone and off the grid until Saturday. Jenn will keep an eye on US foods and Baldor. We are out of cinnamon sticks but Jenn knows, if they can be tacked onto Baldor.-LB 

We are so busy with food sales at Trees I had to bust out more service numbers!!!  We got hit with the softball players who came in hot, I didn't think they would play today because of the heat but they did.-LB
Timothy was without an ear piece again in the lobby. Kind of an awkward hospitality vibe so I brought him another one.-LB
The CO2 alarm started going off some time after 9pm. I reset it, propped the door, tried to source the leak when it was going off. Seemed like the unit all the way to the right on the top was spewing CO2, but it eventually stopped. I ran the line that is attached to that "knuckle", the empty OJ line. -LB
The ice machine at Trees was working hard most of the day. Got thrown some codes after dinner saying it was retrying ice. I let it reset and tried it a few times. Just keeping a record until we have it working fully.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: Monday night brings the heat! Busy, busy at Trees tonight. Lots of food orders and people hanging out independent of going to films.  Greg and Patrick handled a very busy all around evening. Jericho rocked the first floor and helped restock for Trees after closing lobby. Stellar Monday crew.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: Shae and Dion were everywhere all at once. Supporting their team when they were short-handed and Kyah left sick. It was all hands on deck for the Theater 1 at 8:30 I was running trays up for them. The servers that are here today, are hustling so hard. Impressive.-LB
All of the servers tonight Isobel, Fredo, Alex, Torrey, etc were so on it after being shuffled around to make it all happen. Justin was also running some drinks to 4/6 when needed. All around teamwork!

Prep List:  Jenn made some Don's mix, killed off the last of our cinnamon. Also a rose of Versailles. I made a party time back up.-LB

Lost & Found?: some keys with a "Roma" keychain was found by the pool table at Trees lounge. I put them on the shelf in the projection closet. -LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US foods just has a coke coming Wednesday. -LB

Maintenance: 
While opening, Lydia noticed that there was a small pool of dark soda syrup collecting under the soda stacks at Trees.  I was able to figure out which box was the issue (Coke), hooked up a new soda box, and put the leaking one to the side.  Wiped down the shelving and Wilmage mopped the floor. JH
I am getting us a credit/replacement for this box of soda.-LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
