Manager Communication:
Solid night and had busy bars and theaters. Everything was smooth. Tree's had the baby people and they had a nice pop in Tree's. After that, we had a few theater pushes. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
We were able to get Tevon and Greg out pretty early tonight. Gab was great in lobby solo and Matthew/Natasha crushed it in Tree's. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Cate was coolin' in TH5, Shae was all over the building doing support, Michael was super helpful for me in Tree's, Quetzie killed thangs as always, Raekwon was bodying the 4/6 rush towards the end of the night, Monica was on top of everything for TH1 and directing newer servers for better service. The servers did their thing tonight. - AB2

Special Events?
New parents peoples had a nice crowd in Trees today. I made a good amount of N/A spritzers. They were vibing and ordering food and drinks. I always enjoy when they come through. - AB2

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
In regards to the note about guests ordering doubles at Trees, myself and Lauren spoke a bit about making sure service is uniform across the board.  Last night, Matthew (former Employee of the Season, and current Lead Bartender) had explained to Lauren and Greg that doubles were to be rung in as two pours, coming out to 4oz.  Some liquors have a $5 upcharge double button, which would be a 3oz pour, but not all liquors have that option.  

My suggestion keeping the $5 upcharge button (3oz) only for our well liquor options, and then every other bottle would be a double (4oz) ring-in.  I figured we could clarify and change whatever we think is necessary after the Tuesday meeting, and I will include the note in next week's bar email. JH

86ed / counts on items: Jenn has eyes on the Select count after Empire brought the wrong item. Will replace with alternate red bitter if necessary.-LB 

We had 2.65 bottles of Select in-house when I did inventory this morning, which may get us through the weekend.  I'll be sure to check the amount remaining before doors tomorrow. JH

We need a Marg keg and OF keg. I cleaned them out and put them in front of their kegs. - AB2

Maintenance: The walk-in started to frost over a little. Turned off the fan for a little bit to see if it might melt. 

I had my eyes on this and all night we were around 42-45 degrees. It did not get any louder or anything. Hopefully tomorrow we're good. - AB2

When I was almost done tonight, I saw a bunch of OF spilled on the ground in the walk-in. Matthew and I cleaned it up but I think it was due to the "out" spout line thing. It is hard to fully get on and I think it leaks from their but not entirely sure. Please take a look upon opening tomorrow. - AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
