Manager Communication:
Jenn was able to find the hose for rinsing the frozen machines! Yay! She knocked that out and inventory while Tevon batched up quite a list. Rebecca, Gil and I opened up the building. Ice machines are looking right as rain at the time of this writing. - IP

Customer Comments: Had a couple of 21/under 21 year olds pretty bummed out that we were carding. That means its working. Shoutout to Natasha for being so solid asking for ID's. -GS

BAR Staff Observations: Natasha and Matthew run Trees lounge so incredibly. Last night we cut Natasha cause it was slow and we had people. Tonight we let Matthew go a touch early (after all the major pops) and Natasha was so communicative about what she needed, what could wait till later and how to set the place up for success tomorrow-GS

FOH Staff Observations: Jay was great tonight. Erika was also great. Mia who is training seems really on it. -GS

Special Events The event for Bobby Carroll is tomorrow. They will show up around noon. Someone will have a mic. It should be really low impact.

86ed / counts on items: Light on Saratoga, we might have an order coming tomorrow, but if we don't just make a huge one from To Rise for Sunday. This is the point of having To Rise cause they will deliver on Sunday.

Prep List: 

Tevon batched out a ton of stuff, well documented. Ian batched out 100 more Materialists specials, a Marg keg and OF Keg. I did a Moneypenny keg, and it has 2 hours of charging. That is of course under what we aim for, so Ian if you could hook it up when you get in for another 2 hours that would be cool.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
