BAR Staff Observations: 
Matthew got out of here just as FF was beginning, and Jeshua was great back up support when it came to ice refills and setting out trays.  Gabrielle and Tevon ran upstairs without me all evening, and Tevon got out of here as we were sliding into the third round of service.  Both Gabrielle and Jeshua closed each bar without issue. JH

FOH Staff Observations: 
Massive shout out to Dani and James holding down the floor while I was otherwise occupied with FF service.  Really smooth sailing throughout the night. JH

Special Events? 
Film Feast. -LB

Film Feast service went swimmingly, all rounds looked and tasted great :D Gus and Lauren both got to help prep and send some of the earlier rounds out, so everyone got a chance to get into the FF groove.  Definitely had a service pop up at Trees once Th3 emptied post-screening, so I hopped behind the bar to make service tickets while Gabrielle kept up with bar guests no problem. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Gift cards are selling like crazy at Lobby, so make sure openers are stocked up on cards, holders, and envelopes. JH

Prep List: 
Made CSL, DMC and G & T. 

Looks like Glindade is coming off the menu on Friday, so let's definitely try to work through the stock we have in-house and not batch anymore (same note for the Queer and Moana 2 specials). JH

Pay Outs: 
The $200 payout from yesterday ended up being $141 total so I did a $59.00 pay in. The receipt for the shot glasses is with that pay in receipt at Trees. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
US Foods and Baldor, Ian championed this massive load of soda.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
