Manager Communication:
New Year's Rockin' Eve indeed. Jenn knocked out a ton of batching which was CLUTCH because that was not the end of batching! I put away all the cases in the liquor room (OF Rye is now in front of OF Bourbon, as requested!) and also the soda delivery which came around 7:00p, and when there was a moment to breathe at the Trees service pass I got to setting up product for tomorrow AM. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 
Darius and Lydia opened both bars without issue, and sailed through the first round.  When Patrick got in for his midshift the bigger theaters had a bit of a lull, which gave both bars ample time to reset for the late round. JH

The last round was positively HUMMIN', and everyone rose to the occasion. Maya has rehearsal during the week and her in time can be no earlier than 6:30 - this has been discussed and approved, but had not been updated on 7Shifts, therefore if it looks as though Maya clocked in late, that was not her error. Lydia absolutely crushed some busy theater service by herself, and I got her outta here as soon as Maya came in. - IP 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
I can take point on the Wage Overpayment Forms, as I am opening the next few days.  Should be wrapped up by Thursday. JH 

On that note, Maya has now completed her form and it is in the paperclipped stack in the New Hire Folders basket in the office. - IP

Can we please remind closing porters to not stack the glassracks so high in the elevator bay?  They were all stacked way above my head this morning, so I had to get some taller folks to help me get them down to a more manageable height.  We should have enough rollies to distribute them a bit more evenly, but if we don't we can definitely order some more. JH

Prep List: 
I was able to batch a little bit of everything during moments off the floor, so both bars remained fully stocked throughout service.  Spoke to Ian about some stuff to get ahead of so I can re-up batches tomorrow morning. JH

Should be set for tomorrow AM. Made more Razz-Cacao syrup (and strained the cacao nibs in the lowboy, looking forward), so first thing on the list should be more Spirit of Comfort (as there's no backup in the walk-in).

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Amazon (lactic acid), Baldor, CW Distributing, Finback, Skurnik, & Southern arrived this morning. Our US Foods delivery is expected later today.  I gave them a call and they said that the truck it was on was delayed, but that it should be arriving around 6:00pm today. JH

Confirmed receipt of delivery of US Foods order. - IP

Maintenance:
The gate is working!!! None of us knew this until well after the lobby bar was shut down and Vlad asked why we didn't shut the gate. I'm unsure if it was mentioned in the blog when it was fixed, but going forward could we make a note to pass that type of info along? It is 100000% possible this IS noted somewhere and I just missed it, but just wanted to put that out there so that we can operate as usual when everything is working. Thanks! - IP

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
