Pretty laidback Christmas Eve, with a slow start in the larger theaters. Second and third round definitely filled out a bit more. Trees had a pretty nice crowd from around 6-8, and then began to clear out once all of the last round movies were seated.

Customer Comments:
Had a guest in the 6:15pm Wicked in Th5 who got pretty upset about not being able to get a refund for three of her six tickets, after three of her party did not show up. I explained how e-credits work, but she was adamant that her server and the Lobby bartender had used the word 'refund,' not 'exchange.' I apologized if anyone misspoke earlier, and reiterated the credit policy. Ultimately, she received a credit for all six tickets, as she did not want to sit in the front row of Th5. Just a heads up, in case she reaches out for a refund by email.
BAR Staff Observations:
Really great team tonight, they made it look easy. Gabrielle held down Lobby solo, and then got out of here once the second round had settled on the first floor. Natasha stuck around for the last Th1 push, and Jeshua covered Trees while Patrick did a closing restock.
Prep List:
All stocked up on batches, specials, and syrups in the walk in. We should have just enough raz-cacao syrup to make one more batch of Spirit of Comfort, as I am anticipating that drink selling a lot more once Nosferatu starts screening. We have about two quarts of cacao water (in the middle section of the Bar Prep lowboy) to make more syrup as needed.

Sam found airpods and and a power bank in Th6 after the last round had finished. I rubber banded them together with a post-it, as they were found together, and brought them down to Lost & Found in Lobby.

Trees' checkout report was run before all credit card tips had been entered. Drop (and all related cash math) was unaffected. James walked me through how to look up the correct Tip Pool numbers on Heartland, and I noted and initialed the change on the physical copy of the checkout report.
