Manager Communication: Strong team. Gil. Wyatt. Carly. Daniella. Lots of spirit. Lots of fight. It was really busy. Customers and tickets just kept coming, but so did we. Great communication. -GS

So I fell down the stairs to Theater 5 service station when I went to reroute the printer back. I am uncertain if it was my general oafishness, my bell bottoms or the top step's friction tape being a little peeled back (someone should check on this). I am fine, likely will have some bruising but I am an expert faller as I have been this gifted my entire life. And fortunately my pants did not split open when I fell into a split, probably funny footage though.-LB

Customer Comments: Some definite characters today. 

*There was a group in Trees- Gore was the tab. They had a stroller and two scooters in between the bathroom and the elevator in Trees. This isn't near the first time they have been asked to put their stroller in the proper place, nor the first time they were hanging out past child friendly hours. I asked them if they would move their stroller, offered to help them and let us use the employee area only this time around for the sake of ease. they then said to me that they come here all the time with their kids while they wait for their other kids, but that now there is a shift in how we make them feel and they said there are people walking around and telling them they can't put things certain places and that they didn't feel comfortable coming her anymore. It wasn't yet 7pm and I was making an effort to ask them if they wanted to just move the strollers and eat their food, but they cut me off saying they just wanted to cancel and that our food was overpriced. Also- when we went to comp the manager comp only would comp $51 dollars, not the whole thing. -Gus

I think noting the school closure on the office calendar would be useful for the next break. I think we could have used a mid bartender or manager today to deal with the extra heavy daytime/nighttime crowds, but since Nitehawk's staff is above and beyond, we made it work.-LB   

Darius came to the office to sign something regarding an accidental tip overage, but I was not CCed, nothing was on the drive. I alerted Gus and he will handle it tomorrow. -LB 

I just saw Gil's email, sorry Darius is gone, been too busy to check email until now. -LB

BAR Staff Observations: Lydia and Darius came to play. I was behind the bar with them all day minus like 15 minutes where I did some Admin.
Yes thank goodness for the solid bar team here. Darius is great. Gus and I were back there helping out during a pretty busy happy hour and movie pushes. I finally feel like I am getting the lay of the land and am getting faster so I can help them when needed.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: Lots of hustle from Erika, Dee, Matthew and others. Solid vibes of helping each other out. -LB I like Anthony. He is always gracious for help and on top of his theaters.-LB
