Manager Communication: 
Very mellow first round, but second round seemed to have an uptick in sales, even with the mist and rain outside.  JH
It is fairly common for the floor in front of the sinks in the Trees Lounge bathroom to get wet as women turn to get paper towels. I think putting one of the thin rain weather rugs in there would be helpful. I know when it is truly wet to let a porter know, I just think this would mitigate anyone slipping.-LB
I really wish Tito's made full human size sweaters.  Just saying.-LB
I just remembered the cutest decoration, which I made for my other popcorn serving job, is popcorn garland. It is a pain but adorable. -LB

BAR Staff Observations: Everyone was killing it today. Very good vibes among staff for a spooky, misty darkness. I hope this weather comes back for Nosferatu. -LB

FOH Staff Observations: Justine came to me at Trees asking for dollars for quarters so I traded 2. I had a transaction earlier in the evening when a customer paid cash for a club soda 1.50, however as I gave change of 9.00 since it is disinge nuous to me to round up against the customer, perhaps, we curtail this by making the price 2.00 since we don't recognize or like change.-LB

Special Events? 
The PS107 Staff Party filled up Trees and kept it bopping for the entire first round.  Darius was great with the crowd, and I helped run service with him at Trees until just about 4:30pm.  Really lovely group, very easy to work with, and they seemed to have a lovely time. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
The lights and decorations throughout the building look great!  Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to put them up and arrange them.  Let's make sure lights and trees are getting turned on before doors while we have them up. JH

Maintenance:
The Trees Theater1/2 printer seems to be lacking the necessary heat to mark a strong color on the service paper. I am sure these things have a shelf of some kind. If there is anything I can do to help maintain please lmk. -LB
I put this on the maintenance doc a while back, but it seems that the panel to the main elevator has really gotten loose. -LB
I will be a broken record about baffling for Trees Lounge, however I think putting some baffling on the ceiling would do a lot to keep the acoustics in check.  It is a lot of hard surfaces pushing sound waves all around. This would be helpful for events and probably would make doing karaoke in there an actual possibility. -LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
