Manager Communication:

We have a lot of people that come into Tree's and head straight upstairs. I think we should start IDing everyone that just goes up there. I know plenty of bartenders do but sometimes people end up getting by. I went up to check everyone's ID up there today after Natasha asked everyone for ID's but most kept walking up. I would like to prevent teens/20 year olds from thinking they can just come in here and hangout IF most of them are not getting anything. I am unsure of exactly what our policy is here in Tree's. Do we have a certain time where we no longer allow people under 21? After looking over our theater policies for a refresher I see we no longer allow anyone 17 and under into the theaters without a parent or guardian. Is no longer allowing guests under 21 into Tree's after 7 out of the question? I do not see anything that specifies policies for the bars on the website. I feel like this is all common sense so forgive me but while Lo-Res is not in real need of these policies (since there's no children whatsoever over there pretty much), I think it would be helpful to have Tree's policies down somewhere as a standard that we are all aware of. I will be happy to do this task if need be. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:

Bryan and Tevon opened. We needed to restock the fridge in trees and it was a team effort, but those guys rule and it was pretty easy.

Natasha and Patrick were great tonight in Tree's. I was able to get Bryan out of here around the last Tree's Theater rush. Gabrielle was fantastic solo in Lobby! - AB2

We received some Amazon packages. We got that Green Goblin draino thing. I put it under the pass ice well. I did not have the bartenders use it yet tonight until we have G14 verification.

We did receive a lot of Christmas stuff. They should be piled up on the countertop outside the office near TH1 elevator door. I want to check if anyone order gift wrap because I would be down to start doing some decorating on Monday when I'm here next. AB2

Maintenance:

One of our draft lines is out. I think there might be a hole in the line. We changed the sank key. We tried it on multiple kegs. Not sure what the issue is. I will reach out to the draft line people. I looked at it. Bryan, Patrick and Lauren looked at it. I don't know what is up. Luckily it is Ommegang Rare Vos and not a really popular one.

Gabrielle told me that after burning the ice in Lobby, she noticed little black chunks in the ice. An indication the ice machine is dirty. I wanna check in to see how often our ice machines are cleaned and what that schedule looks like because it appears that we have not had it cleaned in a while. - AB2

The far frozen in Tree's was squeaking a lot towards the end. It did not have enough product. I put some Slush in there and the squeak went away. I think we should start double checking the frozen machines to make sure there is enough product. The squeaking probably comes from the spinners being dry and rubbing together. Considering how many problems we have had with the frozen machines... this could be one of the reasons they break. - AB2
