I put away all the baldor stuff. Restocked cold wine as the shelves were close to bare. We should try to get flats so the bottles stop falling over come January, I think this change would facilitate the system.-LB

It would be great if whomever uses or takes the last bar rag in the liquor room would replenish the supply. I was cleaning out the empty kegs and water got all over the floor because I had to run it to get hot water, the hose flipped out of the sink basin.  And there is no porter late on Friday night. Those empty kegs are upside down in the bar prep sink.-LB

I took the blue key that was hanging on the cork board Rebecca. Also, is there a document that has Matthew's number in case of issues like the office door in the future?-LB

We could put the Vodka Glindade as the mystery cocktail to unload it quickly, since the LPP is not perishable. I also think we could do a cute frizzante with sparkle strawberry for NYE and NYD.-LB

So at around 4:30pm the water in the building was very brown. Upon my arrival I learned of this and tried to help. Tevon went to Chipotle and DW, learning it was also their water. A water main broke on 7th avenue. We distributed bottled water and stopped serving soda guns during this period. Once we were in the clear to serve from the guns and use the dishwasher we did. Probably around 6:30, but this was a crazy period of issue so unclear how long it lasted. Everyone was helpful and diligent to ensure no guest was given the unknown substance.-LB



BAR Staff Observations: Bryan stayed to help out in Natasha's absence and Tevon helped get through the last Gladiator at Lobby bar. -LB 

FOH Staff Observations: Helped out Theater 5 after someone threw up in the Lobby. I used my magic spidey sense of who is the drunkest to identify a likely underage kid who had his head down on his table. He wasn't served and had a backpack. I asked this friend and him to leave and no argument was given. They left without incident. -LB



Sick Leave/ Call outs: Natasha had a sore throat/was feeling awful and I thought it better for her to rest and be able to work in the AM. -LB

86ed / counts on items: I added the counts for Positively 4th st and Shadow project. I think as we batch these we should add the counts. So as managers batch or delegate batching, add the count to the POS so we know where we are at. I added the second batch of Project Shadow. This will give us some idea of how much project is circulating at the bars.-LB

We are out of Lactic Acid, I used the last 2.25 oz in the Bounty Law-LB

I tried getting the egg replacer at Whole Foods but they didn't have it. I will buy some in my hood for Sunday. I batched the raspberry cacao syrup using Tapioca starch from the kitchen and Arrowroot powder. -LB

Prep List:   I made a double batch of buttered rum. It needs to be strained tomorrow. Cacao water I made 4 servings that need to be strained tomorrow 10pm. Batched:Bounty Law, Cherry Limeade.

Project Shadow, Elphaba.-LB

Needs to be done tomorrow: PST, Negroni, Draft Marg.-LB
