Manager Communication: I put up a Saturday night fever tree in Trees Lounge and a Glinda Tree in lobby bar. These are my trees and will be taking them home after the holidays. -LB

Daniella mentioned wanting to trail me for a shift. She was trying to do it when other managers were here but they left. I think it is a good idea so if we are short or there is something she can help with. More knowledge works for me. Let me know if we can set this up.-LB

I think the Christmas lights in Trees look very pretty and we should consider having them on the upstairs railing and on that tree year round. -LB



BAR Staff Observations:

Bryan and Matthew were great openers this morning. They powered through the early rounds solo and then when Patrick came in at 1:30 they continued to crush. Miguel did not show up today, so I jumped in to help at lobby bar a couple times when things got particularly hairy. The team was yet again excellent shorthanded. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
What abour Erika for Floor Manager? She is so on the ball. -LB

Hiring/Training: If we are looking for a new bartender, I have a good candidate. -LB

Sick Leave/ Call outs:

Miguel was again a no-call/no-show. Would be great to get some clarification on the situation so the team knows what's going on and we can formulate a game plan for potential coverage / hiring needs. - IP



Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 86 cards: I think it would be a good idea to print a template to give customers when we are out of stock after they order it. This prevents verbal communication. We can have blanks that servers fill in with other items for them to choose from quickly. -LB

We don't seem to have anymore Worthy Park, Under the cherry moon subbed with 1.5 oz of Ten to One-I 86ed it in MB because someone tried to order it later with a mixer.-LB 

I used the last double A batteries, putting in an order with Amazon. -LB

Prep List:

I batched four lemonades, a Glindade, a Cherry Limeade Slushie and 16L of simple syrup before Lauren got in. - IP



Lost & Found: cheap flimsy purple heather beanie left in lobby, it is in lost and found can.-LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: I unpacked the glassware that came in. -LB

There is a box of pints that can't fit on the shelf, it might be useful to break out but I left it in the liquor room for day manager's discretion.-LB

Maintenance: I took photos of the leak under the ice machine/hot water station at trees. 

I think we need to order some back up water cups, there are none. I recall needing them during a busy day last week but forgot to note that we are out.-LB
Whenever we have the draft company in next, could they look at the Gansett bobbin. It is by far the worst one and it routinely doesn't do what is needed right away.-LB

I will get some vinegar to do some coffee machine maintenance on Wednesday. -LB
