Manager Communication:
Nathaniel and Dani were all over the building tonight and did a great job holding everything down during a Trivia BLITZ. Gus and I did some prep in the liquor room to make space for the new arrivals. I organized the batching spirits shelf and the random liquor crates as well. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Team was on point tonight for a really busy trivia paired with a great turnout for Christine. Major shout out to Lydia for handling the pass during the busiest rush of the night and sticking through til Trivia got settled. Maya was terrific as usual on the floor, giving excellent service to a fully crowded Trees Lounge trivia crowd. Darius and Tevon were equally outstanding keeping Maya supported and cranking out the drinks. Jeshua, to no one's surprise, crushed it in the lobby.

FOH Staff Observations:
Alex and Madison were stalwarts this evening. Every time I was at the pass they were ready to tray up their drinks and support any other theater that needed it. Great work! - IP

Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Not sure if this was a call-out or something I missed - but there was no security this evening. It was truly not an issue, but I just wanted to know if that is something to expect going forward for trivia nights. - IP

Special Events?
Trivia was great tonight! Crowd was full of regulars, and some new faces - well behaved, as usual - and seemed to all have a great time. Welcome back, Shay! Missed her energy for trivia. The showing of Christine went great too. Decent drink rush and nice crowd size. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Darius pointed out our sandwich board and how we should have it under the marquee for happy hour / drink specials - and I agree! We have a GREAT happy hour, let's try to get some more folks in here! -IP

Tevon popped into the back for a minute and batched out two Firewalks, and a double batch of Fivespice Syrup.
I batched more simple, demerara and honey syrups - just to get us ahead for the new menu batching. - IP

Someone left their Alien: Romulus poster they won at trivia. Left in L&F.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
