Manager Communication: 
Beetlejuice Beetlejuice kept the big theaters busy throughout the day, and everything else (save for The Front Room & AfrAId) sold really well.  Decent staffing levels, and Trees built up a bit of a crowd in the later afternoon. JH

Glassware was a big struggle during the later rounds. The amount of ice waters coming from the sold out theaters caused us to run out of water cups so I broke out a box. We still have 2 backup boxes of 36 cups each so plenty of backups still on hand for now. -DL

BAR Staff Observations:
I had to give Patrick a lot of direction during service today. I noticed that he was avoiding guest and hovering over to tickets so I moved him to handle guest while Gabrielle hopped on service bar with Darius's support. After leaving and returning he found a way back on service bar when I instructed him to unload all the glassware that was just sitting there in the racks and then to restock before the next rush. After he restocked it was clear a lot of items were missed including FWWM which is clearly something we always need a backup of. Gabrielle took the initiative and made a new stock list soon as the last rush died down while she voiced to me that Patrick did not do a detail list. Darius pulled me aside towards the end of the night to inform me that he felt as if Patrick was treating them as barbacks. He said he did not unload glassware outside of being instructed. Did not clear tables outside of being instructed. And that he was overall acting "new" compared to past shifts. I know this complaint was echoed by Jeshua and Bryan recently so something to keep an eye out for when he is not working with Bar Leads around. 

FOH Staff Observations:
Erika and Tiffany killed it tonight just like every night. Super communicative and proactive no matter where they ended up. -DL 

Prep List: 
Used the last of the Bloody Shiraz Gin to make a double batch of Nightmare Material this morning.  Let's get some more ordered once we get to Monday, as Beetlejuice Beetlejuice continues to sell fairly well. JH

Matthew knocked out a pretty large batch list. Tomorrow morning we should look into making Simple Syrup, PST Concentrate, Neon Demon and a NA Spritz keg.  

Lost & Found?: 
A small child's shirt was left at Trees.  It has long sleeves and MARS written on it, in case we get an email looking for it.  It is in the lost & found bin at Lobby. JH

A mustard color child's rain jacket was left in the Mezz. Placed in the 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Stumptown arriving on Tuesday. JH

Maintenance: 
Matthew let me know that the water spigot at Trees got stuck in the 'on' position late last night, but no one let Ariel know.  Added to Maintenance, and will hopefully be resolved when the new water spigots arrive. JH

The ice machine in Trees continued to give issues tonight. Same issue of overheating that occurred last week. After turning it off for awhile it started making ice again but I'm sure this will happen again. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
