Wednesday 02.14 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication:
Busy start to the day with it picking up through the rounds. Had a handful of walk- in for Trees before the larger theaters opened up with some action. Gabrielle had free time in the lobby with and was able to clean the bubblers before the closers got in. -DL

Everyone absolutely crushed it tonight. Gabrielle and Matthew both stayed longer than anticipated and were happy to do so. Big theater pushes, large bar crowds. Keeping up with glassware and product was a lot to handle. Jeshua ran upstairs to help Darius in Trees after Lobby closed. It might be beneficial to run with two Trees closers next Valentines Day. AB

BAR Staff Observations:
Darius held down all of the sold-out drink rounds, :clap emoji: :clap emoji: AB

FOH Staff Observations:
James supported literally everyone, myself included. AB

Lost & Found:
Keys in Lobby at end of the night with a bird keychain. I put them in the safe. AB

86ed / counts on items:
Lunar Seltzer is on a count at 17 but will arrive tomorrow with Union. -DL

Prep List:
Simple syrup, Oh, Clementine AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Other Half, Finback and Empire arrived today. Union, Southern and Gold Coast will all arrive tomorrow morning. -DL

Maintenance:
A big piece broke off from the main stairwell in Lobby. It's in the office. Do we have a quick fix for this before doors tomorrow? AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
