Manager Communication: 
Fairly quiet day with Trivia being the main point of focus for Trees. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Great team on today.  Lobby was a breeze, and Jeshua knocked out the weekly cleaning tasks before Ian even got in for his closing shift.  Ian got some batching out of the way, and then took over Lobby.  Gabrielle did a great job setting up Trees, and stuck around until just about 10, to help with the bulk of Trivia service.  Maya, as usual, killed it on the floor, and she and Tevon pivoted to resetting and pre-closing the bar once Trivia ended, as the bar cleared out almost immediately. JH

Special Events? 
Trivia was back in fine form this evening, with a big bustling crowd.  Maya got on the floor a little before seven, Ian swung upstairs to help with the initial service push.  Once Trivia kicked off and everyone had their first round and food was coming up, service definitely mellowed out and Ian was able to head back to Lobby. Trivia wrapped up a little after 10:30, and the floor was reset shortly after. 

I ran both the Trivia Tokens & Trivia Buyback tab under the Manager Buyback Comp.  We touched on it briefly last week, but this will be the only event where we maintain the buyback check, as Maya is communicating the token/buyback situation to guests when running table service.  This keeps floor service, and any split checks among groups, running smoothly. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
The Tip Pool Hourly + Base Pay sections on the Tip Pool Sheets needs to be updated, as it still reads as +$10.00, not +$10.65. JH

86ed / counts on items: 
86'd Interboro Helles Lager.  Lunar Plum Seltzer is on a count. JH

Prep List: 
Had to use a 22qt cambro for the Simple Syrup that Ian made today, which will not fit on the syrup shelf.  It is currently hiding out on the bottom shelf next to the Goslings. JH

Lost & Found?: 
A wallet was left at Trees.  Tevon handed it off to Jared, who wrote about it in the Floor Blog. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Added 4 rollers for the glassware to the webstaurant cart. Other half, Union and serene coming tomorrow.- DL

Baldor & US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH

Mobilebytes Issues: 
Tevon blanked an rang two drinks as buyback when he meant to do Staff Tokens.  He let me know once he realized, and I reiterated the importance of slowing down when running comps.  He was very apologetic and said it would not happen again. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
