Thursday 02.08 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication:
Very calm start to the day with not many guests in the building for the opening round. Spent majority of the time getting things ready for tonight Newfest event. -DL

Matthew got us all batched up and Jeshua left after both bars were reset for dinner. Ian held down the drink pass for two sold-out pushes. Darius and Gabrielle kept the NewFest folks extra cheerful. We blazed through a keg and a half of Winter G+T, if we can start that prep early on tomorrow or when I get in later. Matthew was such a delight in Lobby, and helped me and the team reset the floor once the crowd cleared out. AB 

BAR Staff Observations:
The whole squad today! Darius, Gabrielle, Ian, Jeshua, and Matthew really took the extra care tonight to help their team. AB

FOH Staff Observations: 
Becca and Vincent were a delight to work with in Trees. While passing apps for the party, they were also finding ways to help bartenders with glassware, etc. AB 

Special Events?
The NewFest HBO event went extremely well. Once everyone came out to Trees it was nothing but positive vibes. Darius, Gabrielle, and Ian were somehow never in the weeds. They were constantly communicating what they needed and got. it. done. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Helles Lager arrived today.
Singlecut Kim has now arrived to replace Singlecut Gose on draft. Gose is officially gone for good. -DL

Maintenance:
The frozen machines in lobby felt as if they're running a bit hot. Customer service number was closed by the time I called but I sent an email and will call back in the morning to see if there's anything we can do to trouble shoot it without them having to come out. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
