Manager Communication: 

Easy going morning, with Th3 leading the charge once doors opened.  Ticket sales definitely picked up as the day went on, and Trees built up a great crowd by three. JH

The night definitely picked up throughout the building, Trees had a ton of walkins around the same time as the dinner rushes and family meal began. Ian was able to support both Darius and Jeshua during the rush while I was able to handle the glassware from the flips. Matthew supported Gabrielle in the lobby until around 8:30 when we were able to cut him. It seemed like there was a lot of broken glassware tonight. May be time to order more glassware in preparation of Dune. -DL

Customer Comments: 

Had an older couple at Trees sitting under the projection screen eating outside food around 4:30pm.  Ian gave them a heads up that they couldn't do that, and then let me know when they continued to do so.  I went over and the man immediately got very agitated and stood up to argue with me, while the woman continued to eat her noodles.  He said I was racially profiling them and intimated that he thought I was looking to get into a physical altercation.  The woman he was with told him to calm down, as she had finished eating in the time he was arguing with me.  As they left for their theater (Th1, 4:35pm, One Love) I repeated that outside food was not allowed in the building. 

Guests at nearby tables were upset by the conversation, but everything settled once the couple went into their theater, which was really only two minutes after I had approached them.  As Dwight was not in yet, I was not comfortable escorting them out myself, especially since the man kept saying that I was 'looking for trouble' and a physical fight.

I alerted the servers in Th1 and they called for a manager when the couple opened more outside food at their table to eat once lights went down.  Dani let them know, again, that outside food was not allowed, and that they would be removed from the theater if they had to be told again.  He was less confrontational with Dani.  Just wanted to put a note here in case they call or email, since the man was pretty upset with me. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 

Since bar service was pretty sedate for the first two rounds, Tevon was able to get some batching and prep done once Matthew got in.  Miguel held down lobby solo for the majority of the morning, and did a really great job setting himself up for success.  Once batching was done, Tevon was able to get out of here, with Ian and Matthew holding down Trees until Trees closers got in. JH

FOH Staff Observations:
Madison was great this evening. She saw the need for glassware and put in the extra effort to constantly 

prebus and bring glassware. -DL
