Manager Communication: 
Very busy first round with The Lego Movie selling out and being one of the first theaters to open.  Service ran really smoothly, with plenty of servers pitching in to run trays up to Th1.  The day stayed relatively steady afterwards, with lots of walk in ticketing. JH

I don't think anyone could predict how wild the rest of the night would become. The Adventures of Buckaroo crowd came early and filled the bar. Meanwhile, One Love guests came to the bar after their movie. It looked like a Trees buyout sans DJ. I barbacked and supported Darius for about 2 hours. Darius absolutely crushed service, all guests were in great spirits. Once Tevon was rerouted, he jumped up to Trees to help reset after. Frozens got taken care of problem-free. AB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Definitely needed that Lobby Mid shift today, and having Jeshua come in just before doors really ensured a smooth start to service this morning.  Jenna and Lydia set up both bars without issue, and Lydia took the lead on Th1 service tickets while Jeshua caught up on unloading glassware.  I was able to have Jenna go to the back to prep some kegs and batches for us, setting us up for the rest of the day. JH

Darius was a shining star tonight. He took all the punches that came his way and kept a positive mindset. AB

86ed / counts on items: 
86 Winter G&T. I have a keg labeled and ready to go, it needs 4 oz plum bitters when they arrive and a 3hr charge. All of the Arañas cocktail is in Trees, it's on an estimated 10 count until Cherry Heering gets in. AB 

Prep List: 
Will need to make more Mint Syrup some time this week.  Mint is arriving with the Baldor order tomorrow. JH

N/A Spritzer keg kicked at the end of the night. We will need more Maple Pear Sage Syrup, but have just enough to make the backup Winter G&T keg tomorrow. AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
