Manager Communication: 

Started out pretty slow over here, but that didn't last long. Jenna helped with some tasks in the back before getting cut. Lydia stayed for the NoBudge push and helped Maya get reset for service. Tevon in lobby was a huge help tonight. After he got rerouted and the gate was down, he paused his closing duties to shoot up to Trees and help Maya with a very full bar. It was definitely a rowdy crowd and they crushed it, tokens were given. AB

Roll-ups should be a top priority for bartenders tomorrow with Trivia happening later in the evening. AB

Frozen machines were done, Tevon took extra care of the wonky machine in Lobby and we labeled the far right side to be filled with In the Mood for Love. AB

Customer Comments: 

Had a guest come to Lobby right before the first round screening of Zone of Interest in Th5 began, asking if he could have a refund.  He just seemed very overwhelmed by the fact that we are a dine-in theater and was upset that people in the theater were talking (this was during preshow and trailers), so I opted to just give him a refund to the card he had purchased the tickets on as he was not set up to have a good time.  I let Sarah know he had left, and she agreed that he had seemed uncomfortable and overwhelmed during her greet. JH

There was a technical error in the last round of TH6 American Fiction. I was called down to Lobby to assist a couple that was not satisfied with their E-Credit, mentioning they've been issued one of these recently. I made the call to refund their credit card on file to de-escalate any further. AB

BAR Staff Observations:

Maya and Tevon were beyond impressive. The teamwork and skillset made tonight look easy. AB

FOH Staff Observations: 

Richard was a drink-tray-running-machine. AB

Hiring/Training: 

Kelsey's New Hire Review is scheduled for this Wednesday, 02.07. JH

Special Events?

Specials & Answer Sheets are prepped for Trivia tomorrow.  We just need to print out thirty of the Picture Round when Kevin & Shay send it in tomorrow. JH   

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:

The signage for the Adults with Infants screening tomorrow is prepped and already down in Lobby.  Just a reminder to make sure opening Lobby bartender puts it out and duly alerts guests purchasing tickets in person. JH

Prep List: 

The event on Thursday will be showcasing the Winter G&T and Pomegranate Yuzu Rosemary Spritzer, so let's make sure we are prepped with syrups, batches, and charges Wednesday, as both products need to be charged before entering service. JH

I prepped more Maple Pear Sage Syrup, so we have enough in-house for at least 2 kegs, possibly 3. We have enough Pomegranate Rosemary Syrup for two kegs as well, but I'll take another look Wednesday night to be sure we are set. AB

Will need more Clementine Syrup (Oh, Clementine), purée should arrive tomorrow. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 

Baldor and Stumptown arriving tomorrow.  US Foods arriving Wednesday. JH

I picked up back up bitters for the Argylle special. JH

New filters for Lobby arrived, they're on the bottom shelf in the liquor room. AB
