Wednesday 1.31 Dana/Ashley

Manager Communication: 
Pretty easygoing night, with 32 Sounds selling out to keep us busy. Gabrielle took the early cut and caught a movie, while Matthew stayed to help Darius with tickets and a big bar crowd coming out of TH1. Kelsey held down Lobby and handled the rest of her night like a champ, even after hitting her head pretty hard (see incident report on drive). AB

We are all set on product for TSB tomorrow, but will probably need to infuse some more Aperol before Saturday. Dana mentioned we don't have any Fruity Pebbles in house, I can pick some up tomorrow or Friday. AB 

That dank, cheese smell has returned to the Trees dish pit, aggressive as ever. Vlad bleached the area, we should have this done a few more times since it isn't completely gone. Let's just have that fan going full throttle. AB

BAR Staff Observations:
Shout out to Matthew for helping out his team so much this evening! AB 

Special Events?
32 Sounds sold out, and had a great bar crowd both before and after. AB

86ed / counts on items:
Catskill 86'd (Arrives tomorrow). -DL

We used the last of the Ramazzotti Amaro (Fistful of Dollars). Do we have this getting delivered tomorrow? AB

Prep List:
Matthew was able to knock out a large batch list. Should make bloody mary concentrate. -DL 

Cooked us down some syrups tonight. The Oh, Clementine batch for Argylle is ready and on the bottom shelf. Couldn't get to Burn Book since we're out of Wodka Vodka (this is probably a part of tomorrow's liquor deliveries). We should get started on some Maple Pear Sage syrup (Winter G & T). AB 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Received Baldor, Other Half.

T Edwards, SKI Beers, Southern, Skurnik and Empire will all arrive tomorrow. -DL

Kung Fu Kickball was repaired today. 

Gabrielle heard the soda machine in lobby bar making a strange noise. The soda is still pouring fine at both bars but keeping an eye on it moving forward. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
