Manager Communication:
A calm night compared to recent days but gave us a chance to catch up on batching from the holiday weekend. Still no word back from Jeshua. Darius is okay with working a longer shift tomorrow to close lobby in his place if needed. The changes have already been made in Schedulefly. Will double back and look into the rest of his shifts if we don't get word from him tomorrow. -DL

BAR Staff Observations:
Tashi seems a lot more comfortable in Trees. Just needed a reminder to check the cleaning responsibilities. Ian was able to handle lobby well tonight even with his back pains. Still moving at a slower pace than usual but didn't have any complaints during his shift tonight. -DL 

Special Events? 
This morning's event went really smoothly, and the crowd was honestly one of the nicest, easiest ones we have ever hosted a private event for.  Flew through a bunch of coffee, juice, and mimosas, but were always prepared with a restock. JH


86ed / counts on items: 
Saratoga Sparkling is on a count, but six cases will be arriving tomorrow.  We are down to our last dozen Prosecco bottles until our next delivery. JH

Prep List: 
Matthew was able to juice lemons, limes, and oranges during a lull in the event, and he and I were able to catch up on what needed to be batched. JH

Ian prepared:
Paloma, Coco Lime and Rosemary Pom Syrup. Will need to make Firewalk and another Winter G&T keg tomorrow.

US Foods arriving tomorrow. JH
Other Half and Finback should be arriving tomorrow
Empire, Union, Southern and Skurnik were placed but may arrive on Thursday

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
