Manager Communication:
Trees had a good crowd in it for most of the night. Had a lot of different cocktails being ordered so Natasha and Tevon bounced back and forth between guests and service tickets. A bottle of Sugar and Violence dropped and broke in lobby bar tonight. Put it through as a spill tab in POS. -DL

Customer Comments:
Around 10:20 we had a guest from the 9:30 Poor Things come into Trees saying the movie triggered a bit and need to get some space. After talking to her it was evident she may have had too much to drink. We were able to get her friend from the movie to assist her in leaving the building without causing an issue. -DL

BAR Staff Observations:
It was a great night having all leads in both areas. Everyone seems to understands no more buyback tab. -DL

FOH Staff Observations:
Servers and runners were great tonight. -DL

Special Events?
Taxi Driver brought a great rush before and during the screening.

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Explained the new buyback pos policy in today's bar email, so let's make sure to keep an eye on it over the weekend to make sure it is properly implemented. JH

After talking to Natasha and Tevon they expressed it becomes a lot for them to do before opening for Brunch since the first round has been extremely busy. Think we should revisit the topic of a prep person on Saturdays to help alleviate some of these duties. -DL

We should keep an eye on the Black Lager going into the weekend. We wanted to hold out on ordering it so we only have about half a keg left. 

Lost & Found?:
Swayze Rawlings came to trees saying he thinks he lost his black cardholder somewhere in the building. If it turns up his contact is (601) 826-4131 -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
