Manager Communication:
Today went as smooth as possible. Down an early mid, but the numbers were low enough for us to be just fine. Kelsey held down theater service and plenty of cocktail orders from the Mezz party. Tevon had lots of walk-ins downstairs. Once Jenna got in, we reset both bars for dinner service. AB

Used the last of the Wodka Vodka in house today. AB

Calm night at both bars. Kelsey and Tevon got cut right after family meal. Jenna was able to cut out around 8:30 after the last push from Th.1. Darius was great in the lobby. Only needed a bit of help to restock and with filmbot. -DL
 
BAR Staff Observations: 
Kelsey just keeps getting better and better. AB

FOH Staff Observations:
More and more servers are asking about becoming bartenders. Do we have a running list to double check when/if the time come? -DL 


Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Miguel, already added to sick shift on schedulefly. AB

Special Events? 
Mezz party went great (HAPPY BIRTHDAY HUDSON!). The pool tablecloth is labeled in a recycling bag, needs to be dropped off for dry-cleaning at some point this week! AB

Union Order is placed but will not be delivered until Wednesday. So an edit can still be made. Just shoot me a message if so. -DL

Maintenance:
The Fire Walk in lobby bar was back to normal this evening after we added enough product back to it. Just keep an eye on it to seem if it stays consistent. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
