Manager Communication: 
Opened up busy with Th1, 3, & 4, but service and sales were paced out enough that neither bar was ever overwhelmed.  Trees got a great crowd after Taxi Driver let out, and bartenders have mentioned that plenty of weekend Trees guests, especially on Friday nights, are coming in for the happy hour specials. JH

Tonight stayed steady up until the last round in TH1 and we had a lot of walkins in Trees throughout the night. Was nice having the game on for a few people who were looking for a place watch it. DL

BAR Staff Observations: 
Having both mids in today meant that Trees was staffed solely by Leads for a bit of the early afternoon, which was very helpful with regards to the crowd at Trees and continued service pushes.  Miguel and Natasha were great about communicating garnish needs at open, and Miguel very helpfully brought up two large stacks of glassware to Trees before doors.  Matthew was primarily up at Trees, but was able to float down to Lobby when necessary until Lydia came in. JH

Matthew was able to get some batching done before going back to Lobby bar to support Lydia through the last rushes. I kept Gabrielle on service well through the rushes and had Jeshua focusing on the guests at trees with Ian giving support to whoever needed it in the moment. -DL

FOH Staff Observations:
Servers gave a lot of support to the bar during the busy rushes. Even with the sold out shows we never really ran low on glassware at either bar. Jay was great with bringing glassware and running trays. Felt like every time we turned around he was there with hands for support. -DL

Special Events? 
Just a reminder to have Lobby set up with some cookbooks tomorrow for the Taxi Driver screening.  The discount button works, but does require a manager pin. JH

Prep List:
Matthew was able to make a half keg of Old Fashioned. Should monitor it tomorrow since we went through a good amount tonight. -DL

Maintenance:
The drain at Lobby Bar under the 3/5 ice well is clogged. I reached down and removed some small things that were blocking it but it looks like it still needs to be snaked. It's been added to the maintenance blog. Bartenders will need to be careful when burning ice on that side for the time being to avoid it flooding again. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
