Monday 01.08 Ashley

Manager Communication:

Pretty smooth Monday. Cut Jeshua after family meal when both bars were set. Lydia stayed for the busy TH2 Poor Things and TH4 Iron Claw. I was able to cut Lydia once Darius was reset with product and glassware. Darius and Tevon both cruised through this night no problem. Frozen machines were cleaned. The walkie charger in Trees officially broke. I tossed it and replaced it with the bar prep walkie charger for now. I noticed on my way out the little freezer is freezing over/not able to close properly. Darius and I worked on it enough to get it shut, but it needs to be reset in the AM.

I went on a side-quest for a milk crate to organize the open bottles in the walk-in (they constantly fall between the wall and the shelf). It looks really cute. Side-quest complete. Nathaniel helped me organize the kegs, but lets be honest, I did all the heavy-lifting. 

Chenelle got back to me, and we are good to start karaoke whenever! I think kicking it off second week of February would be a good time.

BAR Staff Observations: 

Lydia was spectacular today. They deep-cleaned the backbar while it was slow, and had everything set for the pop in Trees later.

FOH Staff Observations:

Richard is a delight to work with.

86'ed Catskill Black Lager, Peach Tea, Texas Tornado.

Prep List:

I was able to make 3/4th of a N/A Seltzer keg with the pomegranate juice we had. Got us four Bloody concentrates ready to go, borrowed liquid smoke from the kitchen. We should start a Maple Pear Sage Syrup once more sage gets in. Will need to juice limes, not lemons, tomorrow. We were low on fruit and I wanted to make sure we had enough for slices, but Jeshua got a quart of lemons out of already-peeled fruit. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:

Athletic accidentally sent a case of the Golden Ale, we received four Hazy  IPA's total. It's labeled in the walk-in and I told Jenn the whole story.
