Manager Communication:
I cut Miguel today because numbers weren't too crazy and I knew he also wanted the day off. -AB2

Pretty steady pushes from 5-9:30PM. All bartenders tonight had a great flow of when to step off and stock, etc. If we haven't already, could we look into ordering more of the one quart Store N Pours? -AB

BAR Staff Observations:
Kelsey was great in Lobby. Handled it down there all by her lonesome. Tevon was gangsta in Trees. had no issues at all and went through the rushes easily. -AB2
Bartenders working Lobby this week might need a refresher on MubiGo. Had a lot of MubiGo walk-ins for Maestro and there was a bit of confusion. -AB

FOH Staff Observations:
I thought we had a dope staff today. Atlas, Christian, LaShae, Julianna, Breanna, Sabrina, Jeremy, Raekwon, Michael and the crew all brought the best vibes and just slaughtered their theaters. Everything went real smooth and it was a pleasure working with all of them. -AB2

Guava Island, Autumn G+T, and Live Deliciously are back. The kegs are only1/4 full, so they should get us just through Thursday. Guava Island is living its last days in Store N Pours, and we threw Fistful of Dollars back into the bubbler. -AB

Over/Short on Banks:
Lobby bar was over about $10.00. -AB

Maintenance:
The stairs broke on the guest side going up into Trees. Refer to MOD blog for further information. -AB2

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
