Manager Communication:
There was a guest from a Theater that came into Trees tonight causing an issue. After Gabriel served him one drink he placed him head on a table near the projector before going back to his movie. He came back for a straw which Ian gave him but he felt that Ian threw the straw at him and said something to Ian about it. Ian expressed that that wasn't the case and the man went back to his movie. As Gabriel was telling me about the incident the man came back into Trees to ask Ian what time we close and then changed his words (while slurring) to ask him what time he gets off. He went walked out of Trees before I could get around and before Dwight could get upstairs to Trees but he knew exactly who I was talking about and he went to check the theater he was in but only his date was at the seats. Not long after Dwight got there, the man's date left on her own. Ian was a bit shaken up by the incident but felt bad and wanted to apologize for the misunderstanding even though it wasn't needed. I got Ian a cab home to give him added peace of mind to get home safe. That's the Misc.- Payout from Trees for $15.

BAR Staff Observations:
Ian was great today leading up to the situation from above. Afterwards he was pretty upset with himself and blaming himself for it even after reassuring him it was not hiss fault from what I was told. Should double check on him his next shift. -DL

FOH Staff Observations:
Had a conversation with Allis today after we saw a ticket from them where they rung in a Trees cocktail to TH.4, an Y Tu Mama. I communicated it to the MODs as well. -DL

Prep List:
Will need to make Blue Spiced Syrup tomorrow. May need to make a double batch.-DL

Maintenance: 
Sprayer hose came in today, but I think we need Juan to install. I put it on the maintenance doc. The hose is in a box on the glycol machine. -ND

The ice bin on the right side of Lobby bar took awhile to drain out last night and tonight. Nothing seems to be blocking it anywhere just taking note to keep an eye on it.-DL  

Mobilebytes Issues:
The POS stations all had the red bar at top for almost all evening. Didn't seem cause us any issues at Trees or Lobby bar. -DL

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
