Manager Communication: 
Super thankful for this TEAM today. Holiday shifts aren't always easy, but bartenders were positive and helpful from beginning to end. Lots of walk-in tickets at the start and then we slowed back down for the night. We made the most out of a sleepy Thursday. Maya got some much needed deep-cleaning done in lobby and Miguel held down Trees so Tevon could batch some necessities. Jeshua always has such a tidy close, and tonight was no different. AB

BAR Staff Observations:
A+ across the board. AB

FOH Staff Observations: 
Shout out to Rebecca tonight! She is consistently the hardest worker in the building. AB

86ed / counts on items:
Narragansett (Not product-wise, see Maintenance below). Priscilla Rosé on a count. AB

Prep List: 
If we want to roll out one last Live Deliciously keg for this menu, we'll need to get some concord grape syrup going tomorrow. AB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor should be coming tomorrow. AB

Maintenance:
After a full hour in the walk-in, I ended up having to 86 Narragansett toward the end of the last round. The fob has been stuck/interrupting service, and tonight hit an all time low.  I didn't want to waste anymore product but I'll be in early tomorrow morning if we can look at it together. AB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
