Manager Communication: Pretty good afternoon. The first round was on the mild side but it felt good.

At about 5pm a guest came to Trees and told us the projector in theater 4 went down during the 35mm Oppenheimer. It was near the very end. I immediately contacted projection, let them know what was happening and I told MODs on my way to Theater 4. I made an announcement to the audience and Nathaniel distributed passes. Lillian told us the 35mm projector was not coming back and she played the final minutes in DCP. After that Nathaniel and Wyatt continued to monitor the situation. EL

Barbie held her grip on the theaters today taking us into the last seating with sold out shows. Dinner was mostly sold out and the last round was effectively sold out. However, but the last film getting out, the building was effectively empty with everyone filing out, save for a few stragglers joining us for last call.

During the day, there was good presence at Trees, but noticeably less than the last couple weeks. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Natasha and Maya had great opens. Miguel came in time for Barbie and Natasha was able to get batching done when Ian arrived. Smooth shift. -EL

Opener were cut at a decent time compared to the last few weeks. As mentioned above, everything was smooth sailing. Service pushes were consistently busy at both bars and kept everyone moving, however never felt overwhelming. After everyone was settled and service died down naturally, Miguel and Ian were on their ways.

Closes as usual by Lydia, Jeshua, and Ashley.

That being said, there was a service error today that didn't impact guest experience, but did cause some product to be mixed up. Jeshua in his haste poured a four quart of Neon Demon into the bubbler instead of the barbie lemonade. This was noted immediately as he finished pouring it in by Ashley and had him immediately empty and label the bad batch. It never left the bar at all.

Jeshua then quickly cleaned the bubbler and reset the barbie lemonade all while being apologetic. I coached him on slowing down a bit and taking care when refilling stock, especially when it's colors that look really similar.

The bad batch is labeled Neon Barbie and is being stored in the far corner of the walk in. We can use this as a mystery cocktail since we don't have anything to serve. Ian aptly named it "Pink Highlighter" EA

FOH Staff Observations: Everyone was a rockstar today. From servers to runners. Everyone was on their A game. Morgan could use a bit more work on trays, but she was actively trying to take more every time she came to the pass. She'll get it soon enough!

Rebecca was on a full double today, but never let that frazzle her. She kept her spirits up too. EA

86ed / counts on items: Edible flowers for the french connection. EA

Prep List: We're still pretty flush from the batching today. I'd say we'll probably just need a Neon Demon, and another Barbie to bring us through Monday. EA

Pay Outs: $150 DJ + $100 Loan EL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Union beer came. EL

Mobilebytes Issues: Several servers alerted me about needing a no ice button on soda refills. EA
Filmbot Issues:
