Manager Communication: Steady crowd at Trees tonight with dinner round keeping us busy in the building as well as Film Feast working the lobby bar. 

Karaoke brough its usual crowd, but was augmented by the post film feast crowd. Solid amount of people through last call. 

The word about Happy Hour seems to be getting out. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Great opens from both Gabrielle and Matthew. Matthew was getting a lot of prep done for film feast by the time I was in. Gabrielle and Ashley were up in trees running the show with a good turnout for Happy Hour at the bar as well. 

Matthew was a great third hand when he moved up stairs since the lobby was packed with Nick, Eliel, and Maya running all service from the other side of the lobby. Great work from everyone tonight. EA

Hiring/Training: I set a folder in my mailbox for Jeshua. Jenn he should be bringing his ID and SS card tomorrow. I printed out his new hire data form, but have not yet been able to scan it. EA

Special Events? Film Feast for Midsommar. EA

Staff Notes: I had a chance to talk to Gabrielle about doing her annual review this Saturday and she's on board with coming 15mins early. I haven't had a chance today to create a new review doc yet, but if you have a chance to do it tomorrow or Friday to prep it, let me know. I'd totally appreciate it, otherwise I can also come in early on Saturday to knock it out. EA

Staff Meeting Agenda: The sound was egregiously loud at Karaoke tonight. We gotta make sure we're on top of levels and that means lowering the gain on all the mics set up. They were set up high today and I had to continuously turn it down. Perhaps we can speak with Susan about letting the singers know that they don't have to yell into the mic to get the job done and to be respectful of films in the theaters as well? EA

86ed / counts on items: 86 Ebbs Summer ALE. Should be in tomorrow. EA

Prep List: We'll need some Neon, Firewalk, CocoLime, and maybe Fistful of Dollars? There was a bit of Cantina Machine left at both the bars, so we should be able to get by with whats there. EA

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
