Manager Communication: Pretty busy and smooth running afternoon.  The 1-2-1-2-1 barbie turnover is tough. EL

Thank goodness we got a break from the heat, but the B2B Barbies were definitely cooking us. Consistently busy day at the bars with 0 downtime (and very little time to regroup and prepare for the next rounds) in between runs. EA

Customer Comments:

BAR Staff Observations: Openers Ashley and Maya crushed it, and the mids were great as well. Great team. EL

Once again, everyone came together today with only a 6 person crew and despite being exhausted, still brought their A game to the bar. Phenomenal communication from the team all day and everyone rotated taking point for the B2B Bahhhhbies.

We opted not to do the slushies as per Eliel's recommendation because we'd just have to empty them tomorrow after service again for the power cut. Also, fatigue. EA

FOH Staff Observations: Great team this morning. EL

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Ridiculously busy second week of Barbie in a row. I just wanted to echo how well the bar pulled through again, despite have less bodies on than we did last weekend and being just as, if not more busy than last week. EA

86ed / counts on items: We exhausted the Spanish Steps that was brought over from WB. I made a single  batch that comes out to 2qts and sent one to each bar. I think we're down to 1qt again and should watch how it moves and keep small batching it until Thursday. 

Count on NA Cerveza. EA 

Prep List: All the bars are stocked with with a couple 4qts of barbie to start the day, but I didnt get a chance to make any more. We're gonna need two doubles off the bat. Followed by some CocoLime Slushie, possibly Spanish Steps, and a Watermelon G&T keg. EA

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: We received glitter.  We need flowers for the French Dispatch. EL

Mobilebytes Issues: All the card readers went down around 11pm. After Carly alerted me to this, I was able to reset the TranCloud box in the office and after a few minutes, everything was in working order again. Small hiccup, but just wanted to make sure all management is aware of this fix in the event it happens again. EA

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
