Manager Communication: Busy all day again, with plenty of screenings selling out all day.  All crowds came ready to order lots of food and bev, so we were busy from the moment doors opened. JH

Not much more to add to the above other than the team handled with with more ticket sales this week, but one less bartender. It was definitely felt, but was as smooth as could be.  EA

BAR Staff Observations: Maya and Natasha set up both bars for open, and Natasha floated up to Trees once Ian arrived.  Ian held down lobby solo until Matthew came in, and was able to handle all service tickets with Dwight around to assist with ticket sales.  Trees was staffed up all morning/afternoon, which gave us time to do hefty restocks for both bars and then Ashley and Natasha took turns batching. JH

Ashley mentioned today that she felt behind all day in Trees whether it was bottle tops still being on bottles or bottles missing pour spouts altogether. Although she praised Maya for doing leaps better than before, she is still missing vital opening components to ensure anyone else can just jump into service without have to continue setting up.

That being said, it was busy from jump for a sold out Barbie, so i'm sure some things may have had to been prioritized over others. Nonetheless everyone was spectacular today and kept it together. One note to have for Jeshua is to slow down a bit, announce his presence, and to listen for guidance from either his lead or from a Bar Manager. I appreciate the hustle, but sometimes his frenetic energy bleeds into the service push and could be potentially chaotic.

Overall, it was a great, albeit very tiring service. EA

FOH Staff Observations: Rebecca is really great about communicating at the pass, especially when up in Th4/6.  Drink support, when available, was also very efficient, particularly Erech in the first round.  Gil stayed in communication with me for some of the second and third round Th1/2 seatings with regards to pausing drink service so servers could catch up with trays, and that definitely helped ensure that drinks were not waiting to be run for an overly long time. JH

86ed / counts on items: Low on NA Athletico, Spanish Steps, Rittenhouse Rye for batching purposes. EA

Prep List: Firewalk and coconut lime. EA

Pay Outs: $150.00 (DJ Ariel) JH
5200-$42.19 Kitchen Groceries.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Glitter should be coming tomorrow at some point. If push comes to shove, we should move the special without the shimmer. EA

Maintenance: NuCO2 stopped by this morning, shortly after we opened doors, and checked the big tank in the soda closet, as well as the lockbox outside by the dumpsters.  He said everything looked good and in working order. JH
