Manager Communication: Quiet day in the building all around again. Not much else to report from either bar for the opening and dinner rounds. EA

Good evening. Trees picked up with both events and theater crowds. 

BAR Staff Observations: Tashi and Matthew opened the bar today and were ready to roll at doors open when I got to the building after the lead meeting. Tashi noticed that the Lemonade in the bubbler was tasting off and after confirming I had them get rid of the product. The jungle bird was still fine. It was only about 2qts that was tossed. EA

Tashi was cut after Ashley who closed Lobby with Lydia, finished batching and was ready to take over the bar.  Matthew was cut at about 7:45pm.  Darius and I worked the Trees rushes for about a while where Trees got busy with the crowd loading in for the private event at theater 6, while the theater 3 Buck Alamo crowd left the theater and went to Trees.  EL

Hiring/Training: Lydia Day 4. Lobby Bar Close. 
Lydia worked Lobby bar with Ashley for their final training day. They went through the checklist and got a lot of lobby time.  
Ashley notes:  Said Lobby was great, there were a few protocol issues but it's stuff that gets learned with time. 
Ashley also said that they were easily distracted with other staff talking to them, on and off the clock. EL

Special Events? Both Buck Alamo and Gremlins Private had good Trees crowds. The Party crowd swung down for one more round after the screening. 

86ed / counts on items: One more Hard Tea left. 

Pay Outs: 5460 - $16.32 Dry Vermouth  9225 - $22.75 3 copies of Master Key $9.56 FOH spaghetti for training exercise.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: I reached out to webstaurant regarding the missing utility cart. They are sending a replacement at no cost and I have put the invoice on the clipboard in the kitchen.

We didn't receive our Corona with our Manhattan order.

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
