Manager Communication: The Little Mermaid dinner round and The Apple in the last round really led the way with ticket sales tonight.  Trees had a pretty decent crowd that ebbed and flowed throughout the night, capped off by The Apple afterparty. JH

BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle was able to get out of here in time to see her son's show, and Lydia held down Lobby solo all evening without issue.  Ashley got a ton of batching done in preparation for tomorrow's reception at Trees as well as Spider-Man's arrival, heading out to Trees during heavier service pushes.  Matthew was a champ at Trees tonight, and was able to get out of here after the first wave of guests were able to order for The Apple afterparty.  The afterparty wound down naturally and Ashley had no problem closing down Trees. JH

Special Events? Was able to get Trees as dark as we could, as per the DJ's request tonight, and it looked great.  A good amount of people from The Apple screening stuck around for the afterparty, with lots of dancing. Really great crowd that Trees would love to host again. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Reminder to staff that all pay outs are to be done at Trees, not Lobby.  We had a pay out for freeze-dried strawberries at Lobby, but luckily had taken in enough cash sales today that it was not an issue for the closeout.  I let Lydia know that, going forward, they could direct all payouts to Trees. JH

Prep List: We are solidly stocked for tomorrow.  Lobby opener tomorrow will juice lemons and limes. JH

Pay Outs: $100.00 (DJ)
$14.95 (Freeze-Dried Strawberries) JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor tomorrow. JH

Maintenance: Nathaniel noticed that one of the posts on the dri-deck at the Trees glasswasher was knocked out of place.  It was the horizontal bar near the ground that is usually hidden behind clean glassracks.  He was able to knock it back into place, but just something to keep an eye on over the weekend. JH

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Very busy up until the last round, and lots of business at Trees. - IP Customer Comments:  Some guests this afternoon had an issue with Miguel's service at Lobby, and spoke to me about it.  I sent an email summarizing their complaints and what happened to upper management, in case they reach out in the future. JH BAR Staff Observations:  Busy from the moment doors opened, with both bars navigating sold out theaters throughout the day.  Patrick was a big help with second round rushes and getting the first push of special event drinks out at Trees. JH Patrick and Darius had a good rapport in lobby tonight, which was really great to see. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
