Manager Communication: Pretty mellow first round throughout the building, with a lot of theaters picking up ticket sales for the dinner round. JH

Busy Guardian rounds but nothing crushing. Trees didn't have as much of a crowd as I expected either. EL

BAR Staff Observations: Tevon and Gabrielle opened. Ian and Matthew closed. Tevon did a bunch of batching and is acclimating well to it. Good jobs all around. EL

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: James Dean fell off the wall around 6:00pm, it looks like the nail it was hanging on came loose.  Would this be something to add to Maintenance, or does it fall under the purview of the group that curates the collection?  Eliel and I elected to not hang him back up, and he is leaning against the wall, still looking very cool. JH

Prep List: Had Tevon juice for both bars today, and asked him to juice a little extra lime juice as we are sure to get a higher than usual number of requests for margaritas tomorrow. JH

I batched a double I am Groot Beer and put them in two 1qt containers and two 2qt containers. They only yield 3 quarts of batch, but it's only two ounces per drink, so what I made should yield 96 drinks. EL

I rolled the mint in paper towel and placed them in the long clear tray from the kitchen. I didn't cover it, wasn't sure if I should've or not, but was afraid they'd sweat. EL

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: The order of Nu-Foamicide from Fast Kathy was delivered to Williamsburg on Tuesday, and no one caught it until I reached out to Kim today.  I will place another order tomorrow, which should arrive on Monday.  In the meantime, we have enough to get both bars through the weekend. JH

Mobilebytes Issues: It has already been mentioned in the weekly bar email, but going forward bartenders are to call for a bar manager whenever the credit card reader freezes mid-transaction, before resetting or rerunning anything.  Bar managers will reset the reader and, if the tab still appears open on Mobilebytes, run the card again.

Bar managers will then print an extra copy of the itemized receipt to keep, and let guests know that if the transaction did result in a double charge, to just reach out and we will take care of it.  Jess flagged the issue, and asked us to hold on to the extra copy of the checks so she can check it against Stripe.
