Saturday 05.20 Jenn/Edgar

Manager Communication: Opened up with a well-sold Th2 The Last Unicorn, and all of the theaters steadily filled up throughout the day.  Plenty of sold out screenings with walk ins. JH 

Dinner round and late round were also pretty sold. Both floor's service bars saw a lot of action, but Trees itself was pretty mellow in regards to actual guests outside of the private party in the Mezz. EA

BAR Staff Observations: Eliel and Natasha had great opens, with plenty of stocking since bar team was a little lean until dinner.  Tevon came in a little before one, so Eliel was able to set up to DJ at Trees.  Natasha navigated a couple of very busy service pushes before Ian came in, and then both bars were able to restock and reset.  Natasha got some batching done and was cut once all closers were in and everyone had a chance to grab family meal. JH

Ian was feeling a little rough today and wasn't feeling his usual self. I was able to get him out a bit early instead of his 1030 out time. Trees lounge was more than manageable with Matthew and Gabrielle after the big theaters were seated. 

Tevon and Miguel held it down in the lobby that was pretty well sold, but as things tapered down in other parts of the building, I was able to get Tevon out before his scheduled out time. Gabrielle stuck around until about last call to help with cleaning before being cut and Matthew closed out Trees. 

Miguel closed down the lobby and after making sure the openers were stocked with product and glassware, he was good to go. EA

FOH Staff Observations: Great support from all servers! Trays were leaving the pass in a timely manner. EA
 
Special Events? Private Mezz for Emily Fischer. Great party, great vibes. Emily met me as soon as she came in to introduce herself. I went over the $500 minimum with her again and she gave me a card to hold. As I checked in with her as the 500 was approaching, she opted to raise the tab to 750. One of her friend's ended up covering the tab. All in all it was a smooth party. 

Feedback from the bar for Chenelle: Wristbands helped out a lot on top of it being a single tab. Everything was straightforward and appreciated by the bartenders. This may be the move going forward so we can track what checks are getting gratuity added if that is part of the event. EA

Prep List: There is some beet-infused gin that will need to be strained tomorrow. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Ordered more white and blue chalk for the pool table from Amazon.  

We need to order a replacement pool cue stick with a bridge.  They have options on Amazon, but I wanted to check where we had ordered the other cue sticks from, for the sake of uniformity. JH

Maintenance: The Th4/6 service pass has been reinforced and back in service. JH
